Four steps to becoming a franchise partner

A Place At Home is dedicated to awarding franchises to individuals that best fit our culture, mission, and values. Our promise to our franchise owners, and seniors, is that we will not award a franchise to an individual who we feel does not fit our ‘We are CARE’ culture. Read below to understand the journey we will go through to find out if A Place At Home is the right franchise for you:

Step 1: Qualify

During our Introduction Call, we will discuss A Place At Home’s franchise opportunity, service lines, and business model at a high level while answering any preliminary questions you may have. Additionally, we will ask you about your connection to senior care, what drives you to own a senior care business, desired territory and funding plan.

Once we’ve determined A Place At Home may be a good fit for you, we will schedule next steps and issue you a Personal Review Form (PRF) to be completed before our next call.

Step 2: Explore

This step serves as a deep dive into A Place At Home. We begin with a Brand Presentation where we will discuss our history, values, Senior-Focused Care Model and CARE Track. After this presentation, you will be issued our SpotOn Profile Assessment and disclosed our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Upon completing necessary ToDo’s, we will schedule an FDD & Territory Overview Call where our President & Cofounder will review both items with you and collaboratively create a draft territory. and schedule

Step 3: Validate

This step serves up invaluable insight into the A Place At Home brand. After sending Financial Validation to the A Place At Home Development Team, you will complete a one-on-one discussion with our CEO and Co-Founder to discuss training, support and your launch plan. Shortly after, you will be given the opportunity to speak with current Franchise Owners to discuss their experience here at A Place At Home.

Step 4: Discovery Day

Are you ready to join the A Place At Home Team? If so, it’s time to visit the team at our Omaha, Nebraska headquarters. We begin your Discovery Day experience with an Executive Dinner the evening of your arrival. The following day will include presentations describing your launch process, one-on-one interviews with our Executive Team, and a visit to an operating location. If you are awarded a territory, you will be eligible to sign the Franchise Agreement, fund your Franchise Fee, and join a franchise family unlike any other!
