CARE Track was developed to provide guidance for our franchisees in building successful businesses. This 5-step proven process verifies new franchisees that join our family truly fit our ‘We are CARE’ philosophy, prepares them to launch and grow their new business, and ultimately reach their goals and hit CARE Pro status.
Franchisees that commit 100% to CARE Track will service a client in the first 60 days post-launch or we waive the first 6 months of royalties. As of 2022, CARE Track has had a 95% success rate.

You should have an innate desire to network, build relationships within the community, grow the business, and take on competitors while constantly driving to greatness. During the CARE Launch stage you are set up in a task management software to ensure you hit all necessary items to efficiently open your doors. Your business coach will assist you with licensure as well to keep the process moving.
Next, you complete CARE Sales and CARE Recruit & Retention, a virtual series of professionally produced training videos and quizzes that prepare you to successfully operate and market your new business as well as recruit and retain employees.
Once you complete certain benchmarks, you attend a hands-on 40-hour training program at the flagship location in Omaha, Nebraska. You’ll experience A Place At Home in-action and interact with the staff to understand how the day-to-day business actually runs through a combination of classroom and on-the-job training. You will learn the ins and outs of procedures, operations, and marketing, including:
With a hands-on approach to learning, you will feel confident and well-prepared to efficiently open the doors to your new business. After your doors have opened you aren’t left on your own. We will continue your weekly calls to see you put your training into action and gauge if you need any further training if you don’t hit your initial KPIs. Once you hit established benchmarks in CARE Launch it will signify you’re ready to activate the next stage, CARE Coaching.
After you’ve gained your footing and have hit your initial KPIs you are ready for CARE Coaching. We understand how important it is to have someone to turn to when there are questions. The CARE Coaching stage provides a guiding light with KPIs, consistency, and best practices for your operations as you grow. We are here to help mentor you, keep a pulse on your business, and help you grow. Your coaching calls will consist of the following touchpoints:

This attention and coaching are in place to help you hit key benchmarks to activate the next stage of CARE Track, called ‘We are CARE‘.
We are CARE
When you hit the ‘We are CARE‘ stage, it means you’re building momentum and are confidently creating a ‘We are CARE’ culture in your business. You are working more independently, are well connected in your market, are troubleshooting issues within your franchisee community, and utilizing our powerful tools and resources for insights into your client and caregiver satisfaction. We are still here for support, tracking certain KPIs to see if there are any issues so we can provide coaching in those areas that need improvement, all to help you reach your goals and hit the final stage of CARE Track, called CARE Pro.
Qualifying for this major milestone means you have proven your ability to successfully run your senior care business, overcome obstacles, built a strong ‘We are CARE‘ culture, and have attained a sought-after title within our system: CARE Pro!
CARE Pros begin strategizing how to take their business to the next level through territory maximization and/or multi-territory ownership with the goal of doubling their revenue by the end of their first CARE Pro year.
It isn’t an easy road to CARE Pro, but it’s definitely worthwhile. At CARE Pro status, you enjoy the lowest royalty percentage of 4.5%!
